We have completed mission Svanemølleholm - more than 1600 three-layer precast wall elements have been successfully manufactured and delivered to the site.
The dimensions for most of the 3-layer precast elements were impressive – reaching up to four meters in height and one meter in width, with an estimated assembly weight of 14.7 tons. For the decorative finish of the façade, the architects have chosen horizontally and vertically oriented structured bricks that create an uneven surface in various shades. This solution provides the desired historical look of the building.
Svanemølleholm is one of the largest active construction sites in Denmark. Once finished, the buildings will serve as multifunctional office premises with retail spaces, fitness centres, cafés, and other facilities. Also, the project is expected to achieve a DGNB Gold certification for sustainable solutions.
