Stunning precast facade for the Vastint Latvia project "Magdelēnas kvartāls"!
The precast units are produced completely offsite at our Liepaja factory and will be delivered with windows already installed, thus significantly reducing the amount of work and time required at the site.
Both office buildings are a part of the 2nd phase of the Magdalēnas kvartāls, located in the Quiet center of Riga, Latvia.
In this project, Dzelzsbetons MB provides 1- and 2-layer walls, mass-tinted 3-layer precast concrete walls, stair landings and spans, hollow-core slabs (HCS), solid slabs, beams and columns.
