Strato Södermalm

The “Strato Södermalm” stands out with its white concrete façade, which is additionally highlighted by different size decorative recesses. This visual ambition required careful and accurate work at all stages - from design and production to transportation and assembly on site.
The frame assembly for this sophisticated residential project in Stockholm's Sodermalm district took about a year. A total of 3,575 m3 of prefab concrete structures have been produced and assembled, weighing around 9,400 tons, including complex solutions such as curved walls and spiral prefab concrete stairs.
